Welcome to Faith Impact Church

35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest.”
-Matthew 9: 35–38 .

When the Lord saw the teeming masses of humanity, He did not see “votes”, which is what a politician would normally see. Nor did He see “sales”, which is what a salesman would see. Instead He saw humanity the way they really are. He saw sheep needing shepherds or what we could call today, pastors.
He then gave a prayer request which heaven is always happy to answer, that is to pray that God –the Lord of the harvest would sent forth more pastors to shepherd and bring in the harvest. We at Faith Impact Church exist to bring in, nourish and tend to the precious harvest that Jesus died for so it would not be lost or go to waste. We exist to teach the unadulterated word of God, to proclaim the gospel and to bring healing to our generation. Harvest season is here!

Our Vision

We are:

  • Reaching Up – To God in Faith
  • Reaching Out – In Love to Impact Our World
  • Reaching Nations – By Growing His Church

Our Method

We will:

  • Saturate and fill Lagos and beyond with the doctrine of Jesus, by teaching and preaching, and the supernatural advertising of signs and wonders.
  • Proclaim the gospel via word of mouth, print, radio, television and the Internet.
  • Teach believers how to live and prosper by the Word of God, experiencing victory in every area of their lives – victory over sin, sickness and disease, poverty and lack, and every effect of the curse of the law.
  • Raise disciples of Christ who stand up boldly in society to model true Biblical values.

Divine Strategy

18 All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
-Matthew 28: 18-20

From what we see in the New Testament, church planting and development is the divine strategy of making disciples which in itself is a process that requires nurturing and overseeing the growth and welfare of new believers. In lock step with that, we are following the Jesus’ example of teaching, preaching and living out the truth of God’s Word.

2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
-2 Timothy 2:2
